I Thought I Felt Something Flatten My Face Again

Yet another fanart for a scene that takes place in *KicsterAsh's PnF fanfic The Seer! There’s a ton of stuff in here that is bugging the (pardon my language) hell out of me, but thankfully none of it is too noticeable. Also thankfully, Phinny and Ferb came out a lot better than they did in my previous Seer fanart ([link]), if I do say so myself. Anyhoo, this takes place right at the beginning of Book Two (somewhere in the middle of Chapter One, I think):

<sup>Ferb was currently sleeping on his side until he decided to turn over onto his back. As a result, he began to snore loudly. Isabella was about to tell him to hush up when, to her surprise, Phineas subconsciously pulled out a pillow from beneath his head and swung it through the air until it had landed flat on top of Ferb's face. Instead of waking up, Ferb snorted and flinched, but then immediately fell silent, not snoring again. Phineas continued to sleep in his former position.

Isabella covered her mouth and giggled before continuing on her way to the window.

Isabella grinned back, having noticed that he was attempting to change subjects. "Very nicely, thanks," she replied. "The pillows were so soft and all that room just for me was perfect. Though I miss Pinky, I really enjoyed sleeping by myself, especially after that pillow fight." With a sly grin, Isabella pointed at the boys. "Which reminds me," she began; "Do you two rehearse that or something?"

Phineas and Ferb stared at her in confusion before looking at each other. "Uh, rehearse what?" Phineas wondered.

Giggling, Isabella imitated the swing that Phineas had done in order to quiet his brother's snoring. "You swung your pillow over your head," she said. "I think it was because Ferb started snoring."

Phineas' cheeks immediately turned a dark pink as Ferb shot him an irritated glare. "I thought I felt something flatten my face again," he muttered.

"I can't help it; you snore like a rocket at lift-off, Dude," Phineas pointed out, making Isabella giggle. "You're almost as bad as Dad is."

"At least I can lift a sword."

"Hey, hey! Lay off, Man!"</sup>

I burst out laughing out loud at that part!! naturally, I felt inspired to illustrate a scene as funny as that, and this here is the result.

For those of you who are nit-picky enough to notice: yes, I know that Phineas and Ferb were wearing nightgowns in that scene. I just wanted an excuse to draw Phinny wearing his Seer outfit

Though I don't know how the color of Phinny's shirt came out looking all weird...either it's my scanner or my coloring skills

And in case you were having trouble figuring it out, Ferb’s wearing the black body glove he wears under his armor. All of those metal plates would have been uncomfortable in bed, and since these two have just gotten up in this pic, naturally he’s not in full garb.

I might have messed up on Ferb’s hair a little, too I could blame it on bed-head, I suppose…
